MPPDAS provided characteristic building program by holding Outbound Activities in Magelang Outbound Camp on Tuesday, November 5 2013. The activities aim to nurture the students’ skill and knowledge competence with professional attitude, concern and excellent character. Students of MPPDAS batch 2012 and 2013 followed the whole activities. Beside the students, the outbound were joined by Chief and Secretary of MPPDAS Program as well as others supporting staffs.
Participants were accompanied and facilitated by several instructures from The Outbond Camp who know well about outbond games. The program provided a series of activities of simple simulation process that occured in a company or organization. Participants did individual and team games to train their soft skills such as strategy, innovation, motivation, leadership, teamwork as well as problem solving. The concept of this program is to transform the participant’s mindset from individual types, into interpersonal, and ended with team mindset. In addition, participants are expected to comprehend the impact of emotional intelegence and adversity in character building and using it to do professional activities in their life. Every student as well as staff felt the enjoyment of being together with other as a team. After did all outbond challenges, the students are gathered and declared themselves as MPPDAS United, that totally make every student fells of having each other.
